This place is fantastic, located perfectly with helpful staff and clean, peaceful rooms.

The room was wonderful and beautiful, it had a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a writing desk. The staff and the host were all amiable❤😀

its location was marvellous and stunning, just next door to restaurants, barletta at the last minute, and the centre. the double room was incredible with the bathtub. we had a such great stay that exceeded all expectations, would happily return.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a great time. It was just off the old town of Barletta, many restaurants and Barletta at the last minute, amazing and marvellous location overall. Tried some takeout specials at Culver's, luckily it was relatively close to the venue.

Our room had a cool bidet in it. Plus, we had our own bathroom 🚽. the hotel's location was super convenient, close to the beach.

We lived in the double room with the bathtub. The location was amazing, near the beach! Further, it was near to many restaurants in the middle of old town;)))

The rooms at Antica Dimora Luxury Rooms are absolutely delightful! The beds are so comfy, and the air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The private bathrooms are amazing, complete with a bidet and free toiletries. It's like having a mini spa in your room!- I loved that each room had a minibar, perfect for indulging in a refreshing drink after a long day of exploring.- The rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms are a luxurious touch, making every shower feel like a soothing rainstorm.- The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great way to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows.- I enjoyed having an electric kettle in the triple room, it was convenient for making tea or coffee whenever I wanted.- The balcony in the double room was a lovely addition, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.- The soundproofing in the triple room was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep even if there were noises outside.- Lastly, having cable TV in the triple room was a bonus, allowing us to relax and watch our favorite shows before bed.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of having a bidet in the bathroom. But I understand that some people may find it useful and enjoy that feature.

The staff, Lilly and Riccardo, were welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic for local sites, bars, and restaurants. The comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold-cuts, and cakes were great. The build-up to the annual "Disfida" celebration provided entertaining street theatre, dance, and music.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the city center. The room was equipped with a comfortable and luxurious king size bed, and a relaxing bathtub that we enjoyed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with Italian croissants, coffee, cappuccino, yogurts, fresh fruits, cakes, and juices, and it was served inside the property itself. The location was amazing, with key attractions close by and everything within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the helpful staff, who made sure that we were comfortable and attended to our needs.

We encountered no negative aspects during our stay, however, travelers should be aware that the hotel has a few stairs to climb, which may present a challenge for those with reduced mobility or large pieces of luggage. However, the stairs are manageable and we found them to be a minor inconvenience compared to the outstanding accommodations, service, and location of the hotel.

Wonderfully looked after, beautiful rooms, perfect location, superb breakfast buffet, friendly hosts, comfortable bed.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city center close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities were very impressive. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of options to choose from. The staff was always helpful and made me feel right at home.

The lodging is situated in a fantastic place, extremely close to the beach and in the center of town. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and excellent view. the breakfast was ok with decent coffee and baked goods. the staff was generally friendly and helpful with directions and advice.

The Wi-Fi reception was terrible.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday and stayed in a hotel that had excellent amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very hospitable. The location was perfect, close to cafes and restaurants. , they served a delicious breakfast and even offered freshly made pastries every day.

There weren't many negative aspects, but the hotel lacked an elevator which we found inconvenient since we had to carry our luggage to the top floor. the shower's water pressure could have been stronger.

Mind-blowing stay with spotless, secure, and beautifully designed rooms. Super quiet, delicious breakfast, and excellent hospitality! Location is perfect for exploring and close to everything. Return in a heartbeat!
